Banquet Facilities

Thank you for considering Lacey Creek Catering for your special event. Our beautiful Banquet Facility at the Fort Lewis Golf Course, is "Open to the Public" and is located outside of the secured base area. It is very easy to find, offers plenty of free parking for you and your guests; and the surrounding landscape is breathtaking.

For many years we have proudly hosted a variety of “Special Events.” Events ranging from Golf Tournaments and Formal Weddings, to more casual Business Meetings, Association Luncheons, Class Reunions, and of course Holiday Parties. Our mission is to provide “Great Food For Great Gatherings”; the finest customer service, and a friendly staff dedicated to fulfilling your needs.

Event Planning:

At Lacey Creek Catering Fort Lewis Golf Course we pride ourselves in providing top quality event planning services and support. We are confident that your event at FLGC will be everything you hope for and more. We are happy to schedule a personal tour of our facilities so that you may see all of the wonderful things we have to offer.

Banquet Facilities:

The Standard Banquet Facility accommodates up to 180 Guests. For events up to 250 guests, an expanded area is available for a nominal charge. The beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding Golf Course are truly memorable, and the facility features a breathtaking 16’ River Rock Fire Place. Upon your arrival you will find all tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, glassware, and silverware beautifully arranged. You may enhance your event with personally selected colored table linens to provide that special ambiance you desire. For a nominal fee matching table decorations may be added.

Audio/Visual:

We partner with Lights, Camera, Dancing, and Mobile D.J. Service. A professional D.J. can be an essential element to the success of your event. Kevin & Amy will ensure that you and your guests experience the best in sight and sound during your event. Food & Beverage:

Lacey Creek Catering offers a wide variety of Menu choices. Give us a few suggestions & we will plan the perfect meal for your very Special Occasion.

Bar / Lounge:

Complete Beverages services are available. We can provide something as simple as a non alcoholic fruit punch to a complete line of spirits. Dining tables can be set up with wineglasses if desired for poured wine with dinner.

A $100.00 bartender fee applies to all bar packages, with a minimum purchase of $200.00 at the bar.
WSLCB requires beer & bar service to be purchased from & served by Lacey Creek Catering & Café.

Outdoor Weddings:

Lacey Creek Catering is proud to offer a beautiful out door ceremony. The perfectly manicured green grasses & the lovely Douglas fir trees create a beauty surrounding for your very special day!

Rental of chairs, tents and Gazebo are additional charges.
Ceremony setup fee is $200.00.

Facility Requirements:

Beautiful Banquet facilities may be rented for your special occasion as follows;

Friday, Saturday & Sunday- 5 (five) hour duration $700.00.

Additional hours at $100.00 per hour.

Monday thru Thursday- 4 (four) hour duration $350.00.

Heavy duty disposables will be used - China and linens available at an additional fee.

Room may be divided into 3 separate areas, via sliding partition.

Policies & Payments:

Minimum guest counts are required for all events, and no count reductions can be made.
Specific Date Reservations require a 50% deposit, with remaining balance due 7 (Seven) days prior to the event.
Cancellation of a reservation outside of 30 days will result in one half (1/2) of the initial deposit being forfeited. Events cancelled within 30 days of scheduled date will result in complete loss of initial deposit. (Refund checks require up to 30 days to process)
Additional expenses accumulating during the event must be paid in cash the day of the event.
Appropriate Service Charges & Washington State Sales Taxes apply to event amenities.
